Students & education

Parallel Octave holds open sessions at schools, for students of all ages, following the same format we use with adult performers.

We read a poem, turn the poem into a chorus with multiple voices, set it to music, record it, and post the sound files on our website.

Our education sessions help students with public speaking, confidence, reading, and poetry comprehension. Students too shy to read a poem individually can become more comfortable reading it in a group.

For more information, contact Daniel Schwartz & Sandy Koll at paralleloctave@gmail.com.
